Investigation of corruption and production of counterfeited goods and packaging

Company SG, specialized in production of glass and construction materials, identified a major number of counterfeit goods with its brand of dry plaster on the markets of Moscow and the Moscow Region. We were instructed to conduct a covert investigation. Together with law enforcement agencies, we organized several operative actions which resulted in suppression of work of the printing house which printed illegal packaging and 3 packaging workshops. The case was taken to court by DLA Piper lawyers.
